What makes our classes different?
These aren’t just standard pregnancy exercise classes. They combine body balancing, alignment, and relaxation techniques to actively prepare your body for birth — helping reduce the need for interventions

Classes are guided by an experienced Midwife, with 10 years training and experience in movement and body balancing for birth.

Welcoming and enjoyable classes that really make a difference to your pregnancy & birth journey.

You can attend classes from as early as 12 weeks pregnant, and continue right up until your baby arrives. The earlier in pregnancy you start, the more you will benefit, but it is never too late to get your body birth read
Every class is designed with your comfort and safety in mind. You’ll leave feeling stronger & more ready for birth, while also feeling calm & nurtured

It is important that you check with your maternity care provider before taking part in any exercise classes in pregnancy to ensure that this activity is safe for your individual circumstances.
